1.If you are a personal email user or corporate email user, please ask your email service provider for solutions. Then the email server administrator can submit the request.
2.If you are an email service provider or an email marketing service provider, or you are an enterprise with self-built server, please do according to the following procedure.
1.Only email server administrators can submit the delisting requests.
2.Those who bought corporate email box or use personal email box can only ask email service providers for solutions. Then administrators from email service providers can submit the removal request.
3.Please fill in the removal request form with accurate and complete information and keep the email and phone working properly. Besides, it is suggested that you add anti-spam.org.cn to your email server white list in order to receive the processing notifications.
4.Please state clearly why spam was sent and what actions you have taken to correct the spam issue. This is directly relevant to whether your request can be approved or not.
